In
the autumn of 1997, General Choi Hong Hi assembled ten of the world's best Taekwon-Do instructors and brought them
to the Canadian Rockies to document his patterns, the heart of Taekwon-Do.
These were later assembled into the now world-reknowned Legacy multimedia and video training series. During the
filming for the Legacy CD-Rom, General Choi Hong Hi also gave the world a part of his physical self, impressing
his right fist into a clay block for posterity.
